This month we will be discussing “LAVIL: Live, Love, and Death in Port-au-Prince,” by Peter Orner and Evan Lyon.

The discussion will be lead by Heartworks Board of Directors member, Gail Granowitz, who travels to Haiti with a team of doctors to perform surgeries on women in treatment for breast cancer.
