DONATION OPPORTUNITIES
Donations to the Heartworks Foundation can be made at any time. Gift
cards are available to present to
your loved one or friend as a memorial or as a celebration for a
special holiday. All funds raised through Heartworks go directly to
local and worldwide opportunities that help people find hope and
support. This is a way to honor people that you love in a beautiful
way because acts of kindness will be happening in their name or in
their memory.
